Ena izmed mo\u017enosti, ki pridobiva na priljubljenosti, je kanabidiol oziroma <\/span><b>CBD<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A pogosto se zastavlja vpra\u0161anje: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ali CBD pomaga pri spanju?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> V nadaljevanju si bomo ogledali, kaj pravijo znanstvene raziskave o temi <\/span><b>CBD spanje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, vklju\u010dno z vplivi CBD-ja na nespe\u010dnost, kakovost spanca, no\u010dna prebujanja in splo\u0161no umirjenost pred spanjem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kako CBD vpliva na spanje?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Znanstveniki \u0161ele za\u010denjajo razumevati, na kak\u0161ne na\u010dine CBD vpliva na spanje. Kljub omejenemu \u0161tevilu raziskav pa preliminarni izsledki obetajo. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160tudija iz leta 2019 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6326553\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Shannon et al., 2019)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je pokazala, da je pri ve\u010d kot 66 % udele\u017eencev CBD izbolj\u0161al kakovost spanja \u017ee v prvem mesecu uporabe.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V nadaljevanju podrobneje predstavljamo glavne ugotovitve raziskav glede <\/span><b>CBD in spanja<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>CBD kot pomo\u010d pri nespe\u010dnosti (te\u017eave z uspavanjem)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ena klju\u010dnih prednosti CBD-ja je njegov potencialni u\u010dinek pri nespe\u010dnosti, predvsem pri te\u017eavah z uspavanjem. \u0160tudija iz leta 2017 je ugotovila, da ima kanabidiol obetaven terapevtski potencial za zdravljenje nespe\u010dnosti <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s11920-017-0775-9?error=cookies_not_supported&amp;code=a0015ce9-d21f-4fb9-897a-6181d7851e8a#:~:text=Preliminary%20research%20into%20cannabis%20and,among%20patients%20with%20chronic%20pain\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Babson, et al., 2017)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. V isti analizi so ugotovili, da <\/span><b>\u03949-THC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (psihoaktivna komponenta konoplje) lahko resda skraj\u0161a \u010das, ki je potreben, da zaspimo, vendar dolgoro\u010dno poslab\u0161a kakovost spanja, medtem ko CBD tak\u0161nih \u0161kodljivih u\u010dinkov na kakovost spanca nima <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s11920-017-0775-9?error=cookies_not_supported&amp;code=a0015ce9-d21f-4fb9-897a-6181d7851e8a#:~:text=Preliminary%20research%20into%20cannabis%20and,among%20patients%20with%20chronic%20pain\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Babson, et al., 2017)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novej\u0161i <\/span><b>sistemati\u010dni pregled iz 2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (vklju\u010dil je 34 razli\u010dnih \u0161tudij) prav tako potrjuje pozitivne u\u010dinke CBD-ja na nespe\u010dnost. V vseh vklju\u010denih \u0161tudijah so namre\u010d pri ve\u010d kot polovici udele\u017eencev opazili izbolj\u0161anje simptomov nespe\u010dnosti <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/36149724\/#:~:text=recommended%20criteria.%20Results%3A%20Thirty,studies%20failed%20to%20include%20objective\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Ranum, et al., 2023)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Avtorji \u0161tudije so sklenili, da CBD, bodisi samostojno bodisi v kombinaciji s THC, lahko pomaga laj\u0161ati simptome nespe\u010dnosti, seveda pa poudarjajo, da bo potrebnih \u0161e ve\u010d raziskav na posebej izbranih bolnikih z nespe\u010dnostjo, preden bodo lahko podali dokon\u010dne zaklju\u010dke <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/36149724\/#:~:text=recommended%20criteria.%20Results%3A%20Thirty,studies%20failed%20to%20include%20objective\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Ranum, et al., 2023)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tudi preliminarne klini\u010dne \u0161tudije in opa\u017eanja ka\u017eejo na izbolj\u0161ano uspavanje s pomo\u010djo CBD. V veliki retrospektivni klini\u010dni seriji iz leta 2019 (na vzorcu 72 odraslih pacientov s tesnobo in motnjami spanja) je <\/span><b>66% pacientov poro\u010dalo o bolj\u0161em spancu \u017ee po enem mesecu redne uporabe CBD<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6326553\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Shannon et al., 2019)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Tak\u0161ni rezultati nakazujejo, da bi CBD lahko bil u\u010dinkovita naravna pomo\u010d pri te\u017eavah z uspavanjem in premagovanju nespe\u010dnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>CBD izbolj\u0161a kakovost spanca<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veliko uporabnikov CBD-ja poro\u010da, da z njegovo uporabo spijo bolje in se zjutraj po\u010dutijo bolj spo\u010dite. Raziskave to pritrjujejo. V \u017ee omenjeni anketi iz leta 2019 so sodelujo\u010di navedli, da jim CBD ne koristi le pri uspavanju, temve\u010d tudi pri <\/span><b>bolj mirnem, kakovostnem spancu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Kar tri \u010detrtine anketirancev je priznalo, da so se brez CBD-ja zjutraj zbujali neprespani in utrujeni, medtem ko so z uporabo CBD poro\u010dali, da se prebujajo bolj naspani, to izbolj\u0161anje pa pripisujejo ravno bolj trdnemu spancu in manj prebujanjem pono\u010di <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6326553\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Shannon et al., 2019)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Znanstveni \u010dlanki podpirajo te izjave. V klini\u010dni \u0161tudiji na zdravih odraslih so ugotovili, da <\/span><b>dnevno dodajanje 50 mg CBD skozi 8 tednov statisti\u010dno zna\u010dilno izbolj\u0161a kakovost spanja<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> v primerjavi s skupino, ki je prejemala placebo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2072-6643\/15\/19\/4173#:~:text=also%20no%20significant%20differences%20between,immunosurveillance%20in%20healthy%2C%20younger%20adults\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Kisiolek, et al., 2023)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Udele\u017eenci v skupini s CBD so dosegli bolj\u0161e rezultate na vpra\u0161alnikih kakovosti spanja, kar pomeni globlji in bolj obnovitveni spanec. To nakazuje, da CBD lahko prispeva h <\/span><b>kvalitetnej\u0161emu spancu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tudi pri sicer zdravih posameznikih, ne le pri tistih z izrazitej\u0161imi motnjami spanja.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>CBD zmanj\u0161uje no\u010dna prebujanja<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pogosto se zgodi, da se ljudje sicer relativno hitro uspavajo, a jih mu\u010di <\/span><b>pogosto prebujanje sredi no\u010di<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, zaradi \u010desar je skupni ob\u010dutek naspanosti slab\u0161i. Tudi na tem podro\u010dju lahko CBD ponudi pomo\u010d. V prej omenjeni anketni raziskavi so pri uporabnikih CBD zaznali pomembno razliko v primerjavi s tistimi, ki CBD ne uporabljajo: <\/span><b>osebe, ki so jemale CBD, so se pono\u010di prebujale pribli\u017eno trikrat redkeje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> v primerjavi s tistimi no\u010dmi, ko niso uporabili CBD <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6326553\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Shannon et al., 2019)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Manj no\u010dnih prebujanj pomeni dalj\u0161e neprekinjene intervale spanja, kar neposredno vpliva na ob\u010dutek spo\u010ditosti. Udele\u017eenci iste raziskave so poudarili, da jim CBD pomaga ohranjati trden spanec skozi vso no\u010d, posledi\u010dno pa se zjutraj zbujajo z ve\u010d energije in bolje razpolo\u017eeni <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6326553\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Shannon et al., 2019)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za ljudi, ki jih pestijo no\u010dne more ali specifi\u010dne motnje spanja, so kanabinoidi prav tako zanimivi. Nekatere \u0161tudije namre\u010d ka\u017eejo, da <\/span><b>CBD lahko bla\u017ei motnje REM spanja<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (npr. vedenjske motnje v REM fazi, ki se pojavljajo pri Parkinsonovi bolezni), prav tako pa ne povzro\u010da pretirane dnevne zaspanosti <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6326553\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Shannon et al., 2019)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u010ceprav so te ugotovitve preliminarne, nakazujejo \u0161irok spekter mo\u017enih koristi CBD-ja za raznolike te\u017eave s spanjem, od klasi\u010dne nespe\u010dnosti do motenj spalnih faz.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>CBD prispeva k umirjenosti pred spanjem<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K kakovostnemu spancu ne prispevajo le neposredni u\u010dinki na spanje, temve\u010d tudi <\/span><b>splo\u0161na umirjenost in zmanj\u0161anje stresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pred odhodom v posteljo. Tu ima CBD \u0161e eno pomembno vlogo. Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da ima CBD izrazit <\/span><b>pomirjujo\u010d u\u010dinek na \u017eiv\u010dni sistem<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC6326553\/#:~:text=a%20simulated%20public%20speaking%20test,35%20Administration%20of%20CBD%20via\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Fountain, et al., 2025)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Deluje na endokanabinoidni in serotoninski sistem v mo\u017eganih, zato lahko zmanj\u0161uje ob\u010dutke tesnobe in izbolj\u0161uje razpolo\u017eenje. Prav anksioznost in dirjajo\u010de misli pred spanjem so pogosto krivec, da ne moremo zaspati ali da se pono\u010di zbujamo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160tudije na podro\u010dju anksioznosti potrjujejo, da CBD zmanj\u0161uje stresne odzive. Pri klini\u010dnih testih so ugotovili, da CBD pri dolo\u010denih odmerkih ubla\u017ei simptome anksioznosti, npr. v situacijah, kot je simulacija javnega nastopanja <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC6326553\/#:~:text=a%20simulated%20public%20speaking%20test,35%20Administration%20of%20CBD%20via\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Fountain, et al., 2025)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mnogi uporabniki poro\u010dajo, da se po CBD-ju po\u010dutijo <\/span><b>splo\u0161no bolj umirjeni<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la\u017eje odklopijo skrbi pred spanjem in hitreje zapadejo v spanec. Pomembno je tudi, da CBD za razliko od nekaterih klasi\u010dnih uspaval ne povzro\u010da omamljenosti oziroma ob\u010dutka &#8220;ma\u010dka&#8221; zjutraj, ve\u010dina ljudi ga dobro prena\u0161a tudi pri vi\u0161jih odmerkih, brez nevarnosti za odvisnost ali huj\u0161e stranske u\u010dinke.
