3D Secure is an international security standard to ensure greater security for you and authentication when using a debit or credit card for online purchases. You can pay with a credit card, via direct bank transfer or with digital currency. COD (cash on delivery) payment possible for Slovenia and Croatia.

For any order placed online, your invoice will be sent along with the parcel.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, notify the company at [email protected] that you are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for withdrawal.

As a consumer, you can choose one of the two methods of withdrawal mentioned above (e-mail or form) to withdraw from the contract.

The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer returns the goods to the address: PharmaHemp d.o.o., Cesta v Gorice 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods (postage).

CBD hemp oil is extracted from industrial hemp biomass. CBD oil contains significant amounts of cannabidiol (CBD). The supercritical CO₂ extraction is the most common extraction process that preserves in the extract also all other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and nutrients from the plant.

It is a »command and control« set of biochemical communication between endocannabinoids produced naturally by the human body and the receptors which are involved in processes such as thinking, memory, coordination, pleasure and time perception. In addition to endocannabinoids, also phytocannabinoids, the cannabinoids that derive from a plant, can interact with the endocannabinoid system, which results in a number of beneficial effects on the human body.

CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid, meaning that you cannot get “high” or intoxicated by consuming CBD oil drops, as well as any other raw natural product deriving from industrial hemp plants for that matter.
Our CBD products are all made from industrial hemp, which only contains trace amounts of THC (less than 0.2%), so there is no psychoactive effect deriving from taking Pharmahemp products.

CO₂ extraction is an extraction process that uses carbon dioxide (CO₂) to extract phytochemicals (such as cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, etc.) from a plant. CO₂ at certain temperatures and pressures acts like a solvent. It is one of the most expensive extraction methods, however, it is widely used due to the high effectiveness, safety and environmentally-friendly approach of processing plant materials.

Cannabigerol, also known as CBG is the cannabinoid from which other cannabinoids found in the plant are produced. This is why you may hear CBG be referred to as the “parent” molecule in plants.  It is gaining popularity lately due to its potential benefits on the human body.

Full spectrum hemp extract contains all of the phytochemicals naturally found in the hemp plant — this includes CBD as well as other trace cannabinoids and terpenes. As with any natural-deriving products, there can be a slight variation in color, scent, or flavor profile from one series of a product to another (or from batch to batch). Hemp extract refers to the oily viscous liquid which is obtained from hemp biomass by various extraction processes in order to concentrate many beneficial compounds found in Cannabis plants. The most common methods of extraction are supercritical CO₂ and ethanol extraction.

Terpenes are a class of volatile hydrocarbon compounds produced in the cannabis plant. Terpenes are compounds that give cannabis its distinct aromas and smell and have been utilized by humans for millennia in aromatherapy.
